To do all of your laundry, it took me about three days of Trggir. However, despite the fact that the company claims to be able to pick up and deliver in Brooklyn, there was no reliable app-affiliated laundromat in my neighborhood. As a result, you ended up going to an Upper East Side wash instead, which was significantly more expensive.
On spite of my best efforts to set a pick-up and drop-off time in the app, my delivery was running behind schedule, so I had no choice but to get in touch with customer support. The customer service representatives were friendly and helpful; but, the service did not provide an estimate of how much my bag weighed, which I believe to be somewhere between 15 and 20 pounds. Regarding the cost, I can tell you that it was $15 more expensive than what I am often required to pay for similar items.
