Mr. Melnick has prosecuted and defended hundreds of civil and commercial cases. He has experience litigating allegations of breach of contract, negligence, securities fraud, bad faith, defamation, employment discrimination, lender responsibility, violation of fiduciary duty, and unfair trade practices.

He has prosecuted and defended copyright, trademark, patent, unfair competition, defamation/libel, invasion of privacy, RICO, and First, Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendment cases.

Mr. Melnick has prosecuted and defended claims before local, state, and federal administrative and/or regulatory agencies, including the SEC and FINRA. He’s also handled real estate, matrimonial, and criminal cases. Mr. Melnick has briefed and argued many state and federal appeals.

Mr. Melnick has represented public and private entities in dozens of commercial and securities transactions. Mr. Melnick has negotiated merger/acquisition, financing, equity purchase, asset purchase, real estate, employment, pre and post-nuptial, separation, marital dissolution, partnership, brokerage, distribution, royalty, and leasing agreements.
