As a lawyer admitted to practice in New York, I help startups and small businesses plan for the future, identify potential legal threats, and develop strategies to mitigate such threats. I’ve been where you are, so I know the struggles of running a small company. I understand how challenging it is to juggle job and family obligations, as I am the mother of two extremely busy children.

When I’m not practicing law or chasing after the aforementioned children, you may find me, generally while wearing heels, sipping coffee, plotting my next adventure, experimenting in the kitchen, or simply exploring Brooklyn.
Education:
My education includes a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from New York’s Baruch College. I worked in a wide range of fields inside small firms, from sales and marketing to management and operations, before deciding to pursue a career in law.
