Michael J. Hurwitz started working at Block O’Toole & Murphy, LLP in January of 2013 and was promoted to partner in 2020. Mr. Hurwitz is in charge of major personal injury and fatal construction accident cases for the firm. Since he began his legal career in 1998, he has focused solely on defending the rights of the injured. He has experience with matters including labor law, construction accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability, and major auto accidents, all the way through trial. Mr. Hurwitz is renowned for his unwavering loyalty and commitment to his patrons.
Mr. Hurwitz has received several honors and accolades for his work as a trial attorney.
