Our client was the face and voice of U by Kotex ®’s 2019 web marketing campaign, and Verizon ® hired her as a producer to create culture-based content for Latinos. Both arrangements led to frequent hosting gigs on Spotify’s top morning programmes.
Represented 1.2M+ social media influencers in multi-episode podcast arrangement with Stitcher®.
Represent and defend the trademark interests of a Zagat ®-rated, Boston Globe-reviewed restaurant chain with four locations in Boston and Cambridge.
Represented a German-U.S. tech start-up seeking a strategic relationship with The 3M Company ®, a multinational technology firm.
Represented two angel investors in a $70K joint venture with a Miami record label.
Represented a vegan skin and hair care company in a commercial office lease deal and supervised outside counsel. Also produced corporate operating and employment agreements.
