Frederick C. Aranki

He’s been a lawyer since 1996. Mr. Aranki is licensed in state and federal courts in New York. He is admitted to the Colorado District and State Courts and Washington, D.C. He is a member of the NYSTLA.

Mr. Aranki has a broad legal background but focuses on personal injury. He has extensive courtroom expertise, specializing on difficult cases involving serious injuries. He’s lucky to have experience on both sides of the law, having started his personal injury litigation career with defense firms that mainly represented insurance companies.

Mr. Aranki joined the firm in May 2008 and litigates construction site accident claims, wrongful death proceedings, major motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability cases. Since joining the firm, Mr. Aranki has amassed an excellent list of results, especially in representing clients injured on construction sites. Mr. Aranki’s results include a $15,000,000 settlement in a wrongful death case for the family of a man who was fatally crushed in a construction accident; a $9,000,000 settlement for a student who was injured in a wall collapse; a $6,400,000 settlement for an ironworker in a construction accident; a $6,000,000 settlement for a seriously injured union construction worker; and a $5,000,000 settlement for the estate of a deceased tourist in a landmine accident. Mr. Aranki helped four auto accident victims settle for $2.5 million. He helped secure a $2,000,000 resolution in a wrongful death action against the City of New York and another $1,500,000 from the State of New York in a settlement arising from the same accident; a $1,900,000 settlement for a woman who suffered back and neck injuries in a slip and fall accident; a $1,500,000 settlement for a man who suffered back injuries in a motor vehicle accident; and a $1,500,000 settlement for a woman who suffered neck and knee injuries when she was struck by $1,198,000 for a man hurt in a rear-end incident; $1,850,000 for a worker who fell six feet from a damp pipe scaffold and injured his ribs, neck, and back.
