In the year 2020, Evan became a part of Sinayskaya Yuniver, P.C. as a member of the commercial litigation practice at the firm. He lends his assistance to the company throughout the entirety of the litigation process, from exhaustive legal study to discovery and drafting duties. Additionally, he works with the firm’s healthcare and employment practices to do research addressing concerns pertaining to regulatory compliance, notably in regards to the ever-changing regulatory environment around the COVID-19 epidemic.
Evan is a graduate of the State University of New York at New Paltz with high honors. He has years of experience in a wide variety of litigation disciplines, ranging from complex corporate litigation to matters involving trusts and estates, in addition to extensive experience preparing for depositions and trials.
