The Dynamic Youth Community, Inc. provides its services to residents of Brooklyn and the areas immediately surrounding it. Patients struggling with substance misuse are provided support in the form of therapy on an individual or group basis, and their families are educated on the challenges of addiction as well as the available services and programs. Together with the patients and their families, educators and counselors for adolescents analyze the many treatment options and strategies that will ensure the patients make a full recovery.

Outreach at DYC

The Outreach Coordinator at DYC, Gina Castrianni, makes contact with school administrators and other community leaders in order to schedule free speaking engagements for audiences that require information regarding the abuse of drugs and alcohol, specifically the misuse of prescription medication, as well as the resources that are available if they know someone who is struggling with addiction.
