Fordham University and Fordham Law School graduate Devon Reiff. In 1981, he was appointed to the Manhattan Trial Unit of the Office of the Corporation Counsel, City of New York. After defending the city for three years, he became a plaintiff’s personal injury trial attorney.
In 1987, he joined a large New York law firm as a Senior Partner to oversee its budding Negligence Department (Pasternack Popish & Reiff PC) From 1987 to 2007, while he headed the Negligent Department, the Firm (now Brecher Fishman Pasternack Heller Reiff Walsh & Tilker PC) established a prestigious reputation as a premier negligence trial firm and secured many multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for the Firm’s clients. Mr. Reiff focused on the medical elements of the cases to get the greatest potential damages for his clients. In 2007, he left his partnership to launch his own firm to give his clients more personal attention.
