Mr. Sewell is a top trial lawyer. CNN has featured him as a legal expert, and he was selected US Litigation Lawyer of the Year. In addition, he’s been named a “Rising Star” by New York Super Lawyers three times and is a National Black Lawyers Top 100 honoree. He’s also a “Top Litigation Attorney” according to Avvo.

Attorney Sewell has experience in transactions and state and federal litigation. He is also familiar with prosecution before the USPTO and USCRO. He’s represented patent, trademark, and copyright owners, food and pharmaceuticals firms, business owners, and more. At a top 100 firm, Mr. Sewell focused on litigation and intellectual property. Mr. Sewell is a Benjamin N. Cardozo Innocence Project alum. He wrote motions and papers to reopen criminal cases and overturn DNA convictions. In the end, he exonerated one of his clients. Dayrel was a legal fellow at Bristol-Myers Squibb. During his time at Bristol-Myers, he received patent litigation and prosecution knowledge through court cases and seminars. Regulatory issues he worked on include corporate consultant agreements, conflicts of interest, clinical trials, and co-marketed pharmaceutical contracts.

Attorney Sewell has years of experience advising and representing real estate entities and people in court. Mr. Sewell knows the systemic real estate crisis and its effects on investors and individuals. He is prepared to continue assisting clients with the crisis’ continuing chaos that impacts millions.
