Daniel Komuda | Gym Trainer

To introduce myself, I’m Daniel Komuda. In 1993, when my parents brought me into the world. The Brooklyn home where I grew up was very conventional and ethnically European. After joining the high school wrestling team, I had an early interest in fitness. I learned what it’s like to rely on other people while also being stretched to my boundaries and exceeding everyone’s expectations. That experience gave me a new understanding for humanity and solidified my resolve to use my influence to help others realize the promise that was always inside them. For this reason, I decided to major in health and nutrition in college. After 4 years in the industry, I am a seasoned trainer and teacher.

When it comes to physical activity, strength training and bodybuilding are among my favorite areas. I don’t just work out now and then; being fit and healthy is ingrained in my daily routine. Exercising was both a means for me to relieve stress and lay a basis for helping others lead better lives. The pursuit of health and fitness seems to be something I take very seriously. For the rest of my life, I hope to continue doing this and assisting as many people as I can. The only things I enjoy more than training are sneaker collection, hiking, cooking, and eating.
