Education
In 2002, Christopher M. Falconetti was accepted to the NYSBA. He began his legal career as a law clerk while attending Hofstra University School of Law. Since his graduation and admission to the New York State Bar, Christopher M. Falconetti has defended thousands of injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation Board and Third Department Appellate Division.
2011 saw Falconetti join Bangel & Cohen, establishing Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti. Since law school, Mr. Falconetti has represented injured workers. Mr. Falconetti’s family history in the union trades and government service explains the strong affinity and mutual respect he has with his clients. While overcoming hurdles and achieving remarkable outcomes motivate him, assisting the injured and needy is most satisfying.
Mr. Falconetti continues to battle for his clients’ Workers’ Compensation Law entitlements as a partner with Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti, LLP. Christopher M. Falconetti has taught pre-accident lectures and seminars for local unions, medical professionals, and others to safeguard and educate workers, medical professionals, and union members. In 2016, Super Lawyers named him a Rising Star. He’s also a member of the NYS Trial Lawyers Association, Queens County Bar Association, and Injured Workers’ Bar Association.
