STACY SPECTOR began her legal career as a law clerk at Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum in 2003. After passing the bar, she joined the firm’s Bankruptcy Department as an associate. Her organizational skills, excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to rapidly and completely finish assignments led to her becoming Chief Administrative Counsel to Kenneth Kirschenbaum, a US Bankruptcy Trustee for the Eastern District of New York.
She’s earned the respect of fellow bankruptcy trustees, the US Trustee’s office, and the courts. She’s mastered bankruptcy’s administrative and reporting tasks. Ms. Spector prepares court filings and regularly appears as counsel. She’s conducted debtor hearings and replaced the Trustee at creditor meetings.
Ms. Spector supervises the firm’s Real Estate Department, which handles residential, commercial, and leasing transactions. She helps clients with property sales, purchases, financing, and leasing.
