Veganism has been given a boost thanks to chef Guy Vaknin’s upscale yet approachable vegan cuisine. In addition, we have dishes like Fried Chick’n Bao, Impossible Meatballs in a Glaze, and Ube Cashew Cheesecake. Our ingredients are cutting edge and sourced locally whenever possible.
