  4. Self-awareness.

According to findings from a study conducted by IDC, the global revenue produced by AI-related applications, hardware, and services is expected to surpass $383 billion in 2021, representing an increase of nearly 21% compared to 2020.

Approximately 65 percent of the revenue generated by AI-enhanced applications originated from sales of customer relationship management software and organizational resource management software.
